Why not just pay for an in-house photo guy?

Great question. Lets say you hire Johnny for $12-$15 per hour for those in-house photos. You are now in a position of relying on Johnny to be the critical link between your inventory and your online presence. How much time and energy will you need to oversee this entry level employee? How long will he stay?

In reality Johnny may have taken a few selfies but has little to no experience in producing quality photos for your inventory, let alone the technical knowledge to display the information in the best light. When you take into account the actual cost of Johnny's benefits, insurance, sick days, and training you are spending $4000 to $5000 on this one employee. Don't forget to consider your time overseeing each and every photo produced.

Why would you put yourself through this process and expense over and over again when you can use experienced knowledgeable Media Experts to do the job right from Day one! Just think, sick days do not stop us from getting your cars online. We have access to multiple photographers. Also you do not have to worry about Johnny leaving for another job that pays $.50 more and you are then in the rain shooting.

What do you mean integrate like an in-house employee?

The days of having a company service your dealership 1-3 days a week should be over. With API setups with Homenet/Firstlook etc etc.. You should have uploads every day to maximize the exposure of every vehicle in your inventory. We integrate seamlessly because we are at your dealership daily. We begin to take on an actual employees persona so we can dig deep for all the vehicles that are available. So the lack of pictures on a vehicle is not the photographers, we find that it is either detail or recon/PDI. This is only possible with a service that is truly visiting daily and knows the dealership process at an expert level.

Do you edit the photos?

We use Adobe Lightroom for our images. This is an enhancing software not a photo manipulation software. What this means is we do not take out damage or clean up vehicles, we simply enhance the colors/contrast/highlights/shadows. Just improving the actual image rather than changing anything. We want the vehicles to look as true as possible.

What is this website management package?

In the last 10 years we have noticed a trend. Sales Managers and GM's are constantly having to hunt down website issues. If a vehicle was accidentally priced wrong or a whole sale vehicle is posted online. As we all know many goofy qwerky things can happen. Maybe cars not posting to the website or 3rd party sites like Autotrader/Cars/Cargurus. We have an extensive knowledge of just about every inventory tool as well as website tools like Motorwebs/Dealerlab/Motortrak/Dealer.com etc etc. Instead of your Sales Managers having to call multiple vendors to figure out the issue while they all pass the buck. You call us. One number and we fix it. Does not matter if it is Cars.com/AT/CarGurus or your own site. We follow up with the vendors when they take longer than expected, we do everything so you can focus on selling cars. This is also a 7 Day a week service.

What is this flat rate cost or per car rate?

Common practice is to charge per car processed and uploaded to the web. This model is great and we can offer this. But some dealers we have found enjoy having one steady bill that they can count on and chalk up to their marketing plan. No fluctuating cost just a flat rate. Many company's do not offer this option. We do. We understand the positives of both and are ready to set up a plan what ever way fits your dealer the best. Cost depends on the size of the dealer.

Why should we consider you for our Social media Management?

Great question because you have a ton of options. Most are actually out of state. We provide this service to our local North West Dealers. The reason is we can post your normal Tier 3 advertisements which is usually required. But also we visit your dealer and actually post local on site content that is unique to your dealer. You need to show your business not just show what the manufacturer is putting out for you and the surrounding stores of your brand.
